We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! As part of a smaller IT team you will have the opportunity to work on many different projects based on ever changing needs including: Help Desk Support, Network Infrastructure, Premised Based Phone System Support, Hardware & Software Configuration, ERP System Programming, WordPress Design/Programming,etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for employees via phone, in person, or electronically
- Assist in a variety of IT related projects
- Troubleshoot and Maintain various computer systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT or CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
