Meet some of our leadership
Steven Robson
National Director of Operations
Steven is the national director of operations, commands all departments across the country. His combined 30 years of experience as a Staffing agent and managerial executive of small and large staffing companies, including 12 years at a local firm in the Ft Lauderdale metro area makes him ideally suited to assess and meet the hiring goals of Compass Recruiting clients and candidates. He enjoys helping people and personally recruits, interviews, and matches the applicants he places, so that clients and candidates receive highly individualized assessment and attention.
Katherine Dominguez
Public Relations Manager
Katherine graduated from New York University in 2012 with a degree in international business. She has been with Compass Recruiting since its inception. Katherine is in charge of client relations and is the liaison between our clients and candidates, she also acts as the point of contact for all of our job board contracts. Without her, nothing will happen here. Katherine and Shih Tzu live in South Beach, Florida.
Marco Amorosso
Regional Director | Zone 4
Marco is originally from Arezzo, Italy. He speaks over 5 languages and has over 10 years of recruiting experience. He is well known for his dedication and best practices with clients and takes a personal interest in finding the right job for his candidates. He currently manages our Zone 4 division, with over eight states under his command. Marco currently resides in Washington, District of Columbia with his wife and newly born girl.
John Brown
Regional Director | Zone 3
John has over 5 years experience in management and a combined 10 years of experience in the human resources industry. He is very skilled in recruiting, training, and customer experience. His talents include team leadership and team building. John applies his skills and experience to pre-qualifying and interviewing candidates. John is a native of Seattle, Washington, currently lives in Tacoma with his adorable Siberian.
Penny Waterson
Regional Director | Zone 2
Penny is our newest regional director. She has worked her way up in our corporate ladder and has demonstrated strong skills in recruiting and placing candidates to the right jobs. Previously worked as a recruiter for a hotel in Nashville. She has a very outgoing and enthusiastic personality and has a real drive for customer excellence. She also thrives in competition. Penny is proudly an alumni from Tennessee State where she graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She plans to pursue her masters in the next 5 years.
Aliya Al Raheem
Regional Director | Zone 1
Aliya is Compass Recruiting’s prodigy. Originally from Ar Rayyān, Qatar, Aliya grew up in Paris, France where she work with multiple non profits until she moved to Tampa, Florida to pursue her Master’s Degree. After graduation, she relocated to the Miami-Dade area to pursue her Business career. She loves to travel and every summer for the past three years she’s traveled to at least three countries. Aliya offers her welcoming, outgoing personality to all of our candidates and clients.
